Villa La Piana

Wir hatten noch nie so einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter und die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa La Piana. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus über das Meer in der Ferne ist wunderschön, der Pool sehr erfrischend, die Anlage gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Drinnen gibt es eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnraum. Nachts hört man nur die Zirkaden. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten in Pedona, wo man in einem kleinen Laden das Nötigste kaufen, sich ein Eis holen oder abends ins Restaurant gehen kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten am Strand und auch recht schnell in Pisa und Luca. Riccardo, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat sich einmal in der Woche um den Pool gekümmert und uns dabei sogar ein kleines Frühstück mitgebracht. Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful week in July
We have just spent a fabulous week in Pedona. The villa is a great base to explore this part of Tuscany - the surrounding countryside inland is stunning, we visited nearby Lucca and many smaller towns/villages, taking in market days and local restaurants. The drive up the hillside to the property becomes familiar very quickly and once you're 'home' after a day out and about you have the stunning views from the veranda of the whole coastline lighting up and twinkling throughout the evening.The pool is a good size and a must to help you cope with the summer heat - really adds to the holiday experience. Getting to beaches is easily done from Viareggio all the way up the coast.The hosts were truly lovely people

A wonderful return for our family to La Piana. From the warmest of welcome's, to the incredible views with the beautiful village of Pedona a short walk away this is an absolutely idyllic and relaxing place to rest or a fantastic base from which to explore Tuscany

We LOVED this special place with its stupendous view! Communication with Laura went very smoothly. Riccardo was already waiting for us when we arrived, to help us with our luggage, what an exceptionally friendly host he is! Communication with him was also very easy, he even surprised us with delicacies.. The drive to the house is a bit of a challenge, but the place is definitely worth it. It is peaceful and and the view with the ever changing light is gorgeous. The garden with all its lovely seats is wonderful, and the pool area is just perfect. We enjoyed our morning swims even at the end of October! We also loved the house with all its cosy and personal furniture and details. It was obviously decorated with love and care. There are many warm table lamps and candles, which you often don’t find in rental houses (especially in Italy). The kitchen was equipped with many basic appliances, very helpful and so thoughtful! The area is amazing, so much to see and visit.
We will be back!

Das Haus war sehr schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt vor allem die Aussicht und jeden Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen. Für unseren Hund war das Gelände super mit viel Platz zum spielen. Der Pool war auch super leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Bergstraße die man hochfahren muss ist etwas schwierig aber es lohnt sich. Wir wurden herzlich von Monica empfangen und ihr Vater war auch sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Villa la Piana gerne weiter empfehlen

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Einfach alles war perfekt, Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an absolut gar nichts. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und voll eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Auch der Pool ließ für uns und unserer Tochter keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter Ricardo war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The big garden with olive trees and spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea offers enough space for the kids to play or the adults to relax. The pool is great and the house is equipped with everything you need.
