Country Lemonvilla

Lemonvilla is located in a hamlet of Massa Lubrense and is only twenty minutes by car from the historic center of Sorrento.

The village of Termini is less than a kilometer away and offers the basic essentials including a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, bar and restaurant. The small town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is 4km away and is home to some of the best restaurants in the area including Michelin-starred Don Alfonso as well as a greater selection of family-run restaurants, ice cream parlors, fresh pasta shops, shops of fruit and vegetables, mini-markets, bakeries, butchers and fishmongers, cafes and pubs.

For beach lovers, the picturesque pebble beach in the port of Marina del Cantone is only 3km from the villa. Here you can find some of the best fish restaurants, or maybe you'd rather rent a sun bed and umbrella, lie back and enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun.

For the passionate hiker, the start of various hiking trails including, Punta Campanella, Mont San Costanzo and the Bay of Ieranto, are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. In addition, day trips to Positano, the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri are easily accessible by car or boat from Marina del Cantone.

Parking

The Villa has parking for up to four medium-sized vehicles with adequate maneuvering space. There is a steep descent to reach the Villa from the main road, however the large parking space allows for easy entry and exit.

Interior Description

The main villa boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms that can accommodate 8 people, an impressive veranda with a bright and airy living and dining area, separate kitchen, formal living room and furnished outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

The ground floor of the split-level Villa houses a large living and dining room complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable sofas, an antique wooden dining nook and beautiful home furnishings and paintings that make this space a delightful area for rest and relaxation . The living room and dining room open onto a large outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the coast and is equipped with a dining table, outdoor sofas and garden furniture in teak and rattan.

Returning to the bright living and dining room and through a small door, you reach the villa's quaint marble-topped kitchen, a lovingly created room to inspire and motivate guests to use their gastronomic creativity for unforgettable Mediterranean holiday parties.

From the kitchen and climbing two steps you enter the formal hall of the Villa with a fireplace and two comfortable three-seater sofas that offer a warm and welcoming refuge for the colder months.

Other 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in the lower level annexe. All rooms are furnished in a warm Mediterranean country style with real attention to detail. The large windows in the bedrooms overlook the picturesque gardens and surrounding countryside.

The staircase from the lounge leads to the main bedroom of the Villa, which is characteristicly furnished with Mediterranean wood finishes and floral decorations. The other 3 bedrooms are accessed via a stairwell separated from the living room and main dining room.
One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and consists of an optional double bed or twin beds, flat screen TV, wardrobe and reading chair. The main guest bathroom is located opposite this bedroom and is equipped with a bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

Going up a flight of stairs leads to a small atrium that opens onto a panoramic balcony that offers a view of the entire Sorrento coast with the picturesque Vesuvius in the background. Two double bedrooms are located outside this atrium. They are large in size and have a private bathroom, reading chairs, large wardrobes and a flat screen TV.
