The property features a beautiful private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a veranda furnished with armchairs and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing moments under the Sicilian sun.

For the enjoyment of younger guests, the owner has created a small fenced zoological park near the villa, where you can admire various animals, including horses, swans, geese, and peacocks.


Villa Cigno Reale is located just a few kilometers from Chiaramonte Gulfi, a charming Baroque village renowned for its historical and cultural heritage and its picturesque pine forest, ideal for excursions and nature walks.

Thanks to its strategic location, the villa is the perfect starting point for visiting some of the most beautiful towns of Sicilian Baroque, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Comiso, Syracuse, and Catania.

The owner resides within the property. Two parking areas are available: one shared with the owner and a second, more private and independent area reserved for guests.
Bed linen and towels are available on request at a cost of €10.00 per person.

The property is divided into two twin ground-floor units, both with independent entrances. Unit 1: Fully equipped and air-conditioned (heating/cooling) kitchen-living area, one double bedroom + a bunk bed, bathroom with shower. Unit 2: Air-conditioned kitchen-living area, one double bedroom + 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. Washing machine available for guests.
