Three bicycles are also available for guests wishing to explore the surrounding area. Upon request and for an additional fee, the owner offers an exclusive cooking service, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy traditional local dishes prepared directly at the villa.
The property is located just a few kilometers from Modica, a magnificent Baroque town renowned for its architectural masterpieces, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nearby, guests can also visit the charming towns of Ragusa Ibla and Scicli.
Modica is also famous for the production of its renowned artisanal chocolate.
A short distance from the villa lies the Cava d'Ispica Archaeological Park, a fascinating open-air museum that tells the story of centuries of local history and traditions.

The Villa welcomes you into an elegant and bright open-plan living area, featuring a comfortable TV corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. The entire living area is air-conditioned (heating/cooling). The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, all air-conditioned (heating/cooling). The villa also offers two bathrooms: one with a whirlpool bathtub and a second bathroom equipped with a spacious shower.
