The spacious private swimming pool is complemented by a sun terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for spending pleasant days dedicated to relaxation and well-being.
To make your stay even more authentic, the owner offers, upon request and for an additional fee, an exclusive Home Cooking service, featuring traditional Sicilian dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients and authentic regional recipes.
The villa enjoys a privileged location: the beautiful beaches of Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa, renowned for their crystal-clear waters and lively promenades, are less than 5 km away. Its location is also ideal for visiting the charming Baroque towns of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla—true gems of art, history, and culture.
Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of €10.00 per person.
Interior Description
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and four triple bedrooms. The bedrooms are arranged in three independent units, each consisting of two bedrooms with a private entrance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling) and feature a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
