Swimming Pool

Our guests can enjoy the swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs to relax, tan in the sun or indulge in a poolside massage.

In addition, there is the possibility of organizing weddings, graduation parties, birthdays and any other kind of event, benefiting from the elegant atmosphere of the swimming pool and the surrounding courtyard.

Depending on the season, right by the pool, we organize light lunches, aperitifs or themed dinners for our guests, with tastings of typical products of local farms.

Interior Description

The bedrooms have light colors that give great brightness and warmth.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, plasma TV, free wi-fi connection and private bathroom complete with all amenities and shower.

The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor open onto the gardens and the large terrace on the side of the swimming pool thanks to the French windows from which you have the feeling of being embraced by nature.

The 2 suites are on the first floor, have garden views and are very spacious and bright, with a living room with sofas, armchairs and TV.

Recently completed of 45 square meters, located next to the villa in the hills, with a view that sweeps from Monte Conero to the Port of Civitanova Marche.
It has a kitchen equipped with every comfort, a double bedroom, a queen size sofa bed and a bathroom.
