Description
Part of a stone farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, located just 1km from the beautiful village of Gambassi Terme. Recently restored and furnished in the typical rustic Tuscan style, this property consists of two separate units, each with one bedroom. The property boasts a large garden of 1000sq.m. with a gazebo and barbecue for al fresco meals. The pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.4,) is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and offers views of the surrounding countryside. Shops and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Private parking. This property is part of a farm producing its own wine, olive oil, honey and more. The owners live in the other half of the building but the garden, the gazebo and the pool are exclusively for use by the guests. Excellent location for exploring other parts of Tuscan such as San GImignano (16km), Castelfiorentino (8km), Florence (50km), Siena (40km) and Pisa (60km). The coast is 60km away.
Attractions
Guests can walk in the woods and surrounding land belonging to the estate, do wine tastings, rent bikes, go horse riding, have chef services and visit the thermal baths of Gambassi.
