Created through the restoration of an old agricultural outbuilding in the hamlet, once used to store carts, carriages and tools for working the estate, Casa 360 retains Savignola’s rural character in its stone walls. Its name recalls the estate’s Gran Selezione 360 wine and the direct connection between the house, the vineyard and the wine.
Nestled in the Vigna delle Rose vineyard, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and offers welcoming, contemporary interiors, perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a holiday home in Chianti, surrounded by the gentle Tuscan hills. All three double bedrooms have private bathrooms, and one of the bedrooms is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. The bedroom in the small tower is one of the house’s most distinctive features, offering views over the hamlet and its vineyards.
Guests can enjoy a spacious private fenced garden, a private swimming pool (8.00 × 4.00 m, depth 1.40 m), an outdoor shower, an al fresco dining area, a barbecue and dedicated relaxation spaces, ideal for enjoying peaceful moments surrounded by the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside.
The villa is located within the historic estate, where guests can discover local traditions through Chianti Classico wine tastings, winery tours and the opportunity to purchase the estate’s agricultural products.
