In the heart of Chianti Classico, within the historic Savignola Paolina Estate, L’Aia Belvedere combines L’Aia and Casa Paolina, offering accommodation for up to 10 guests.
The Belvedere option is ideal for large families, two families travelling together or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holiday together while retaining the independence of two neighbouring residences.
The two houses represent two distinct sides of Savignola. L’Aia is located at the highest and most panoramic point of the estate, on the historic threshing floor where wheat was once threshed. Casa Paolina, on the other hand, is situated in the historic heart of the hamlet, above the wine cellar where the estate’s wines are still produced today.
L’Aia features an 800 m² private fenced garden, a private panoramic swimming pool (8.00 × 4.00 m, depth 1.40 m), a furnished pergola, a barbecue and relaxation areas. Casa Paolina offers three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace.
This combination allows guests to share the swimming pool, breakfast and estate experiences while maintaining two separate living spaces.
Breakfast is included. Guests can also enjoy Chianti Classico wine tastings, winery tours, traditional Tuscan dinners and tailor-made food and wine experiences.
Guests also have access to the panoramic pickleball court.
