Lamore di Carla – Two Independent Residences in the Heart of Chianti Classico
In the heart of Chianti Classico, surrounded by the enchanting vineyards of Tuscany and the spectacular landscapes of the historic Savignola Paolina Estate, Lamore di Carla is a property comprising Casa Pino and Il Fienile, two adjoining yet independent residences. It is ideal for large families, groups of friends, holidays in Tuscany and private events.
Immersed in nature and surrounded by the iconic hills of Chianti, the property offers an authentic Tuscan experience centred on relaxation, food and wine, and local traditions.
Lamore di Carla was born from a gesture of love and a lifelong dream. When Pino arrived at Savignola with his wife Carla, he envisioned transforming the old agricultural buildings into a place to live, retreat and welcome friends. This vision gave rise to Casa Pino and Il Fienile: two homes with distinct characters, united by the same history.
Lamore di Carla accommodates up to 11 guests and consists of two independent units.
Both units feature fully equipped kitchens and are connected exclusively through the outdoor areas, ensuring the perfect balance between conviviality and privacy. This layout allows guests to share the swimming pool, garden and social moments while enjoying the privacy of two separate homes.
Outside, a magnificent private, fenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² blends seamlessly into the Chianti landscape. It features a stunning panoramic private swimming pool (16.00 × 6.00 m, depth 1.20–2.00 m), spacious furnished terraces, a relaxation area, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and garden furniture, allowing guests to fully enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside.
Guests can enjoy authentic food and wine experiences in Chianti, including Chianti Classico wine tastings, winery tours and the opportunity to purchase products from the estate. Traditional dinners and tailor-made experiences can also be arranged upon request.

Guests also have access to the panoramic pickleball court.
Located just 3 km from Greve in Chianti, the property is an ideal base for exploring the region’s most renowned villages and destinations: Panzano in Chianti (8 km), Badia a Passignano (12 km), Radda in Chianti and San Donato in Poggio (18 km), Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti (20 km), Florence (35 km), and San Gimignano and Siena (46 km).
