Whilst offering stunning views of the countryside, this property is less than an hour's drive from the most famous Tuscan art cities and only half an hour from San Gimignano and Volterra.
The Etruscan riviera with its attractive beaches is approximately 80km away.
NOTE: The property borders ‘Villa i Fiori’. Both houses have their own entrance, private outdoor areas and a swimming pool. It is possible to book both properties together.

Wir haben die Villa il Goro mit 6 Personen genutzt und waren vollauf zufrieden.
Obwohl sie nur mit knapp 100 m² angegeben ist, wirkt alles großzügig.
Die Möblierung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet und die Schlafbereiche nicht riesig, aber nicht zu klein.
Sehr gut sind die Fliegengitter an allen Öffnungen.
Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön, wir haben sowohl gegrillt als auch im Ofen Pizza gebacken.
Und eben auch daussen gegessen..
Der private Pool lädt schon morgens zum Schwimmen und um tagsüber zum Sonnen.
Nicht zuletzt gab es eine sehr gute Betreuung durch die Eigentümer Annalisa und Gianfranco.
Wenn man etwas brauchte, waren die beiden immer da....
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Montaione, ein Fahrzeug ist also Pflicht.
Der Ort selbst ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht.
Und man kann von hier aus sehr schöne Tagesausflüge machen.
So z.B. Siena, Florenz, Pisa, alles in einer Stunde zu erreichen.
Dazu schöne weitere Ziele in der näheren Umgebung.
Insgesamt zwei sehr schöne Wochen.

The house was sufficient for our group of 6. Neat and clean.
We enjoyed the pool in the hot summer weather. Used the pizza oven and bbq facilities.
Montaione is a small town with everything that you need (supermarket, butcher, restaurants).
The hosts were super nice and very responsive- they helped with a couple of issues in a fast, pleasant way. They were our favourite hosts of many properties that we have visited over the years!
The kitchen was fine with a large dining table. However, the living room area didn't have enough seating for all 6 of us.
We enjoyed the area, and visited Florence, San Gimniagno, Volterra, Certaldo Alto and Castelfalfi on day trips.
