The Spereto property is strategically located with beautiful views of the countryside and the historic village of Montaione. Each outdoor space is private and cared for with special attention to detail. The pool, which is shared, is surrounded by a refined sun terrace with outdoor furniture and an umbrella for each unit. Toilets, and outdoor kitchen and shower complete the pool area. Uncovered parking inside the property. No cars are allowed inside Borgo di Spereto.
From Montaione it is possible to organize excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (called the Tuscan Jerusalem). The beaches of the Etruscan Coast are easily reached within an hour's drive. Also visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle dinner. About 3 km away you will find an equestrian center where you can organize a horseback ride. A renowned golf course is a 10-minute drive away. The region lends itself very well to mountain biking.
