Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 5 double bedrooms (two can be made into twin beds), one with its own balcony overlooking the front of the house, and two bathrooms with showers. Outside you will find a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining, a barbecue, pizza oven and a lovely garden dotted with shady trees. Opposite the house on the other side of the road is a parking area and access to the swimming pool. An ideal location for walks in the countryside, only a very short distance from local shops and restaurants, and well-placed for exploring the main attractions in Tuscany.
Villa owner lives in a separate building next to the swimming pool but the pool is for use exclusively by the guests.
