Al Melo Annex – Relax and nature in the heart of Tuscany

Nestled in the greenery of the beautiful Tuscan hills, the “Al Melo” Annex is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, privacy and an authentic experience, just a few kilometres from some of Tuscany’s most beautiful historic cities.
Located in a quiet and sunny setting, just 4.5 km from Pescia, the property consists of two independent units: one is reserved for the owners, who live on the property permanently, while the other is dedicated to holiday rentals.
Guests have access to a large 7,000 m² fenced garden, shared with the owners, as well as exclusive use of the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm), available from 24 April to 28 August, with pool hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The pool area also features a sun terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue, providing everything you need to enjoy pleasant days outdoors and unforgettable summer evenings.
The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany: Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Collodi, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence are all within easy reach, while the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are approximately 50 km away.
Wi-Fi and private parking complete the facilities for a comfortable stay.
