Locanda Di Alberi

The Locanda di Alberi is an 18th century historic villa (mq. 300) restored with great care, located north of Florence on the green slopes of Mugello in a peaceful position. At guests' disposal there is a garden ( sq.m. 2,500) equipped for outdoor dining and a swimming pool (7 m x4 m; h 1.30). The villa is ideal as a starting point for excursions on foot, by bicycle or mountain-bike all around the property.
The housekeeper, who lives next to the villa, is at guests' service for quick lunches or typical dinners, upon request and payment (from a minimum of 15 euro per person to a maximum of 45 euro depending on the menu chosen). The locanda does not have an internal kitchen, but outside, under the loggia, there is an area equipped with a barbecue, electric hotplates, a small refrigerator, a sink, a worktop with drawers containing cutlery and shelves with plates, glasses and various cookware. Breakfast to be eaten in the room or in the dining room, daily tidying of rooms and bathrooms and final cleanings are included in the rental price.
Washing machine and dryer are on request.
The property is 4 km far from Borgo San Lorenzo, for shopping of all kinds, tennis, railway station, 9 km far from the Mugello racetrack, 14 km from the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club in Scarperia, 18 km far from the A1 motorway, 24 Km far from Florence.

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine: dining room for breakfast service and lunches/dinners if requested.
First Floor: 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedrooms with third bed and bathroom with shower.
In each room there is a fridge, satellite TV, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mosquito nets on the windows.
