The entire outdoor area is fenced and accessible via a coded gate, making it ideal for families with children and those seeking tranquility and privacy. Private parking is available within the property.

The estate includes three elegant apartments and a welcoming, independent cottage, each tastefully furnished and featuring private outdoor areas with tables, chairs, and barbecue facilities, perfect for outdoor dining in total privacy. All accommodations are equipped with fans for warmer days, and guests have access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine.
