This lovely villa is located 1500m to the historical town of San Gimignano and its famous towers, in an elevated position on the rolling hills of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. Interior Description

At Villa Arnilù, which has been recently restored with great care, Agriturismo Niccolai offers six exclusive double bedrooms and one single bedroom named of the wines. On the first floor, with independent entrance directly from the lovely terrace, there are two double rooms - Collemucioli and Le Balze. The single room Il Romitorio and the double rooms La Romantica and Le Torri can be accessed from the inside of the villa. On the ground floor there are two double rooms, I’Niccolò, and Sottobosco, accessible from the large lounge rooms that guests can use to read, listen to music and watch videos and satellite TV.
