Guests must vacate the apartment by 10.00. In case of departure before 8.00 am please notify us so the check out can be completed the night before. The security deposit will be returned after check out.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments. It is forbidden to move furniture, equipment and decorations from one apartment to another. It is forbidden to use pillows, bed linen and towels outside the apartment, in particular it is forbidden to use bath towels for the swimming pool, in case of damage to them, a refund will be requested.

Any behavior that may cause offense or disturbance to other guests is prohibited, the hours of silence are scheduled from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 7.00. It is forbidden to leave garbage outside the apartments, we have a special collection center. The barbecues are available to all guests, so it is essential to leave them as clean as found after each use.

We ask our guests care and respect for the apartment assigned for their stay.
